Marketplace
Marketplace
How the Bivariant Marketplace works — discover, acquire, and distribute apps, integrations, and blueprints across organizations.
The Marketplace is the distribution layer of the platform. It allows organizations to share and discover apps, integrations, and blueprints packaged as installable artifacts.
Purpose
The Marketplace serves two audiences:
| Audience | Activity |
|---|---|
| Consumers | Browse, acquire, and install published artifacts into their workspaces |
| Publishers | Package, version, and distribute their blueprints to other organizations |
What can be published
Any blueprint can be packaged and published to the Marketplace:
- App blueprints — complete applications with agents, flows, collections, and integrations
- Integration blueprints — connectors to third-party services
- Flow templates — reusable workflow patterns
When published, a blueprint becomes an artifact — an immutable, versioned package that others can install.
How it works
Blueprint → Publish → Artifact (versioned) → Acquire → Install as App- Build a blueprint in your workspace — configure agents, flows, collections, and integrations
- Publish the blueprint to the Marketplace — this creates a versioned artifact with a deep copy of all configurations
- Others discover the artifact in the Marketplace catalog
- Acquire — add the artifact to an organization's library
- Install — deploy the artifact as an app in a specific space
Marketplace catalog
The catalog is the browsable directory of all available artifacts. Each listing includes:
- Name and description
- Version history
- Publisher information
- Required integrations and connections
- Category and tags
Visibility
Artifacts can be published with different visibility levels:
| Visibility | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| Public | All organizations on the platform |
| Private | Only the publishing organization |
| Restricted | Specific organizations granted access |
